<Requirements>
Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering.
1 - 3 years plus working experience on product development, technical support, or PC troubleshooting.
Knowledge of PC's and PC-based systems

Project Support: • Undertake the role of Technical hot-line customer service desk to resolve real-time customers' technical issues.
• Trouble-shooting on Customer's technical/ system integration issues
Key Account Support: • Act as Solution Networking Architect for IP Surveillance solution deployments.
• Provide on-site technical training to selective key accounts and local distributors
Solution Support: • Provide solution templates and application note for vertical segments IP Surveillance applications.
Product Support: • Undertake the role of Technical liaison between Customer & ACTi Product Development Team.
