Tending to offer more product advantages to our customers and to make them have less to worry over, ACTi has just announced the extension of standard warranty for standalone NVR from 1 year to 3 years, which is a pretty significant enhancement. This warranty term applies to all ACTi standalone NVR, including those already purchased.
What Do I Get from 3-Year Warranty?
Within the period of 3 years, ACTi guarantees full warranty from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The new warranty policy has no impact on the pricing policy of standalone NVR products – the customers can enjoy longer warranty with the unchanged price. In the meantime, you will get full technical support on firmware or device pack related issues. When My 3-year Warranty is Over, What Then?
Please note that your standalone NVR products have been granted with the privilege of free device pack or firmware upgrade services even after the end of warranty period. For hardware issues, we’ll still provide inspection and repair service, and charge fees based on our warranty policy.
