ACTi has recently released the new version IP Utility. 

IP Utility Version: V3.5.23

New Features: 
       1.One-to-Many configuration restore for same family of products
       2.Profile update with profile pack file.  
         (Click here to know more about how the new profile can enhance video quality on CMOS camera)         
       3.Renamed “Duplicate Setting” to “Camera Setting”
       4.Added serial number information
       5.Added router version information

Limitation:
        1.Only Platform T and Platform A (EPL) support profile upgrade.
          Profile pack upgrade supported by:
             A. TCM camera &TCD video server: FW version v4.06.09 or above
             B. ACM IP camera: FW version v3.09.14 or above
             C. ACD video server: FW version v3.11.11 or above
