| Q1. How do I apply a member for registration? |
| A1. Just simply register by your official (company) contact detail to validate your membership in ACTi partner pool, then you can enjoy the advance resources and support from ACTi partner zone. |

| Q2. Could I upload an invoice without price? |
| A2. Yes. The invoice just need to show the purchase date, your company name and the name of dist. that you buy the products clearly. |

| Q3. If I can’t find the original invoice, how do you calculate the warranty period? |
| A3. If you can’t find the original invoice, the warranty period will start from ACTi invoice date. |

| Q4. I am a non-brand customer, how do you calculate the warranty period? |
| A4. The warranty period will start from ACTi invoice date for non-brand customers. |

| Q5. I am a SI, and I buy from your Dist. I do not have full warranty (24-month) from ACTi because your Dist says they stock your products for couple months and you only offer 24 months warranty upon your invoice date to the Dist, so I end up losing warranty period, which is not fair to me. |
| A5. Following ACTi’s new warranty policy, ACTi provides 2- year warranty based on your invoice day ( dist. invoice day). Just need to make sure you’ve done the on-line warranty registration or your warranty day will be based on ACTi’s invoice day and you won’t enjoy full 2- year warranty. |

| Q6. Can I buy your products at standard warranty period, and stock them in my warehouse, and later when I sell them, I can buy extended warranty from you upon our customers request. |
| A6. 1) Not now
2) We are building up a system to take this kind of request in the future. |

| Q7. Axis offers 3 years warranty, why cannot you offer up to 3 years warranty? |
| A7. 1) We figure 2-year warranty is enough for most cases, so we have better cost than Axis and our customer enjoy a much better price than Axis.
2) However, if extra warranty period is required, we offer extended warranty program at reasonable cost. |

| Q8. I am a SI, can I do RMA directly with you, by pass my Dist? |
| A8. For the complete RMA flow, you will have to create an bank account associated with ACTi for any possible payment involved in the future. Or, if it’s not feasible to do so, we will have your supplier (dist of ACTi) to involved for the RMA flow, see detail as ACTi Guideline. |

| Q9. 1) I am a Dist, can I do a batch RMA with you, instead of one by one?
2) I am a Dist, can you credit me RMA
unit when I ship them back to you. I
don't need you to repair and return
to me since I already swap a brand
new one with my customer from my
stocking. |

| A10. Yes, advanced replacement. But if the returned products has casing scratched or accessories missed, or no fault found, we will charge 30% restocking fee. |

just got them and they are Dead on

| Q12. When you have 24-month warranty policy, can I enjoy it for the products I already purchased, or still stocking in my warehouse? |
| A12. ACTi will offer 2-year warranty on Jan. 1st, 2009, and effective date will be Jan. 1st, 2009. You can go to http://www.acti.com to register. You can enjoy the 2 year warranty. The new two year warranty will be eligible for product that are bought in 2009.
